Sunset WalkThe pueblo is no more than 7 blocks in any one direction. If you go further you will either be out of town or in the Pacific Ocean. The streets are over 90% level and the only thing slowing you down is the heat and humidity. I pray the humidity is good for my complexion.

Walking is good for you; it tightens your bum and strengthens your thighs. Studies show that brisk walking can greatly reduce your chances for developing type 2 diabetes. We save cash when we walk with no gas for a car or fee for a gym. It has shown to increase the odds of surviving breast cancer.

A study of women between 45 and 55 years old demonstrated that those who walked briskly had greater sexual desire and better sexual satisfaction. Walking reduces stress and helps prevent heart disease and strokes.
