It has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with A/C with beds for 10 people, (bedroom 1: king bed, bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, bedroom 3: 2 double beds), a large terrace with ocean views, heated pool , WIFI, full kitchen and living room with A/C, barbecue area, and has a beautiful view.
The house is located about 2 minutes walking to the new Aticama walkway and about 8 minutes walking to Matanchen Beach, 4 minutes by car to Los Cocos Beach, near the town of Aticama and shops that have all the basics.

Weekend cost; 3 nights: $10,500 total, up to 8 people 2 nights: $8,800 total, up to 8 people
Weekdays; 3 nights: $8,800 thousand, up to 8 people 2 nights: $7,800 total, up to 8 people
Extra person $250 MX per night.
