The Master bedroom is located in the main floor and offers a walk in closet, partial ocean view and opens to the central patio. An additional bedroom also located on the main level offers two double beds and a terrace that faces the street, large private bathroom which opens to the main patio.
There are two more bedrooms located upstairs each with private bathroom, closet and King size bed.
You’ll love the Mexican style living room and dining room inside the villa, while the pool side dining room is perfect for outside dining while enjoying the nice view to the pool, the ocean and the sunset.
At the bar you’ll find a terrace with lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean during the day and the lovely sunsets every evening.
The Large pool area is just another big plus for this villa. There is a large swimming pool and a bonus smaller pool for kids, lounge chairs and sun deck are all you need to enjoy with family or friends for an unforgettable vacation.
The beautiful Conchas Chinas Beach is just steps away from the villa. It’s a safe beach for children as the waves are usually not big.
