I cannot believe that it is December already! This year has gone by in a flash.
December is here, a hard reality to fathom. The year has gone by very quickly indeed! It’s been a busy one for us at Galvan Real Estate and Services and we would like to thank you for making this a reality and we look forward to seeing you soon in our Coastal Paradise.
As many of you know, I am returning for the 2nd year as the President of Amigos de Lo de Marcos, AC.
Amigos de Lo de Marcos is a Civil Association made up of volunteers working together in harmony to address the continuing needs of our community and to contribute to the quality of life in the community of Lo de Marcos through cultural, educational, environmental and charitable assistance programs. This year, one of my goals is to increase the overall participation within Amigos with additional outreach to full-time town residents.
Our General Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at Oscars Tacos just off the square. Social Time begins at 5.30 and the meeting begins at 6.00 PM. I look forward to seeing many of you there.
Mandarina, a new slice of heaven in Riviera Nayarit
For years Riviera Nayarit lived in the shadow of nearby, booming Puerto Vallarta. Sharing one airport, Riviera Nayarit was considered an add-on destination, or a day trip from the more developed, cruise-ready, coastal city.
But this year, the 12th anniversary of Riviera Nayarit’s designation as its own tourist zone, it seems the destination is doing just fine.
Designated a Virtuoso Preferred Destination, it has luxury spas, PGA golf courses, whale watching, turtle releases, zip-lining, surfing, international cuisine, and local art, and accommodations ranging from top-of-the-line luxury resorts to eco-focused boutique hotels and B&Bs. And there is much more on the way, as Riviera Nayarit expands rapidly in preparation for the next 10 years.
Today, Riviera Nayarit welcomes Mandarina, the ultra-luxury resort and residences in the Mexican jungle currently under construction. It offers upside investment potential to high net worth buyers.
