LA CASA DE LA PAZ is located in the town of LO DE MARCOS, in Nayarit.
The Casa is located 15 minutes from Guayabitos; 20 minutes from La Peñita de Jaltemba, 15 minutes from Sayulita, 30 minutes from Punta Mita and Bucerías and 50 minutes from Puerto Vallarta.
It is an older home, which was remodeled, leaving some original elements in order to preserve its “vintage” air, such as the floors, some elements of the kitchen and its original structure.
The owners have adapted functional elements such as independent air conditioning in both rooms, fans in both the bedrooms and the living room and dining room, television with streaming device, fiber optic internet, and completely remodeled the bathrooms, one of them with facilities for people with disabilities.
In the kitchen there is a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, Tramontina battery and some other items.
There is capacity for up to eight adults in three double beds and two sofa beds, as well as parking inside the property for five cars.
Come and enjoy the house 8 blocks from the beach – only 3 minutes by car or 12 minutes walking. We are located on the main street of LO DE MARCOS, about 100 meters from the highway to Puerto Vallarta.

$1500.00 pesos per night for 2 adults and one Minor
Additional Guests are welcome for the rate of $250.00 pesos per person per night.
