Casa del Mar is one of the original beachfront villas built on the Conchas Chinas beach. Now completely renovated and up-graded with marble floors and all the modern conveniences, it still retains all its Colonial Mexican charm. On the main floor, up a few steps from the street, there is a just completed new master bedroom, with a king bed and beautiful marble bathroom ensuite. This master suite’s French doors open onto the spacious pool terrace with views of the gardens and the sea. It also has a single bed which can be moved to any bedroom where you might need it. On the same level there is a large second bedroom with a king bed and a huge marble bath en-suite. At the rear of the pool terrace, up a short flight of stairs, there are two more large bedrooms, each with a king bed, beamed cathedral ceilings and a bathroom en-suite. Each of the 4 bedrooms has individually controlled air conditioning. The street level ‘Studio’, with its separate entrance, is available as a 5th bedroom. It has a king bed and an additional single bed. This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath villa can sleep 12 with ease.
The imposing living room is under a huge dome that lets the light shine in. Rita, your chef and her assistant prepare 2 delicious meals a day that you have selected from her gourmet menu. Meals are served in the open dining room for tremendous enjoyment.
Satellite TV, DVD, free WiFi Internet connection are all available.
Enjoy the heated pool, with it’s magical water fall and many lounge chairs. In addition, Casa del Mar offers access to your own personal palapa and chaise long on the safe and sandy beach plus food and drink service from the beachfront La Playita restaurant.
