As I write this today, I am thinking ahead to 2026 and to what magic the team here at Galvan Real Estate and Services can create for the communities that we serve as well as for ourselves. With new luxury developments from brands like Auberge, Four Seasons, and One&Only, plus a growing wellness and surf culture, Riviera Nayarit combines lifestyle appeal with strong fundamentals, making it a compelling choice for both capital growth and rental income in today’s market.

Galván Real Estate Launches 2025 Christmas Hamper Challenge
Lo de Marcos, Nayarit – Galván Real Estate and Services has announced the launch of its 2025 Christmas Hamper Challenge, stepping in to continue the meaningful holiday tradition started by community member Lee, who for years organized Christmas hampers for local residents in need. With deep appreciation for her long-standing effort, the Galván team is committed to carrying her legacy forward.
This year, the goal is to assemble 60 Christmas hampers for families across town. To reach it, the team is calling on the community to join in. Inspired by Lee’s simple approach from past years—collecting one item each day to build a complete hamper—Galván Real Estate encourages residents to participate at any level they can. Donations can be dropped off at their office on Calle Allende 32, whether item by item or as a finished hamper.

On December 20th, we will have 2 seatings, one at 4.30 and the other at 6.30 and tickets are required in advance and can be purchased at El Vinatero located at Calle Luis Echeverria 37.
