Casa Olas happy New owner – Old Casa Gustavo

Hello Galvan!

I just want to say WOW!  The house (Casa Olas) looks amazing.  I am so excited to come down there and see it in person.  Ivania, thank you for all your hard work – answering all of my questions, bringing all of my requests to Yanny, making sure that all of my preferences and requests were exactly as I asked and sending me countless pictures.  I am so grateful to the Galvan Team that I was able to remodel my new house from an entirely different country and it was not only done according to my plans and requests, but beyond my expectations. The whole Galvan team has been amazing and helpful in this process (thanks Anahi, Karen, Andres, Marbella, Robert and Armando),  but I am especially grateful to Ivania for all she has done to make it happen.  She truly is the person who has been at the center of it all and she has been patient with me and generous with her time and availability.

I am also beyond grateful to Yanni and his team of people he works with.  His plans for construction and making sure all the operations of my house are in excellent order, including the electricity and plumbing, designing new stairs and another level of the house demonstrate his amazing talent and vision.  I cannot express my appreciation for Yanni and his generosity enough.  I am also grateful to all of the people who worked constructing my house, although I know I might not have met all of the guys, I am thankful to William, Salvador and Mauricio for their beautiful work.  

And of course, Modesto, the best painter in Lo De Marcos and a man with a heart of gold.

I look forward to seeing you all in person next week and you will most certainly all be at the top of my list when I eventually have a house warming party……

Galvan is a wonderful group of individuals and an amazing team.  I truly do appreciate the warmth and professionalism extended to me from day one when I contacted Armando to buy the house.  I have felt supported throughout the whole journey, each team member playing a part.
