On Saturday, March 14 while everyone on the Galvan Team was busy working on some aspect of our popular weekly Tianguis in Lo de Marcos, we first heard of the COVID-19 virus and its seriousness. We made the decision to keep our staff and families safe and close for two weeks.

During those two weeks a Federal mandate was issued that as a non-essential business, we could not re-open.

A month later we came to realize the impact that the virus would have here in Lo de Marcos and around the globe.

We have changed the way in which we work, which now includes masks and social distancing measures in place and we continue being able to offer our full array of services.

We feel grateful to have such totally understanding guests and property owners during a year that will go down in the history books. Overcoming obstacles has become the new normal for 2020 and every day we have a new challenge to overcome.

Our team is smaller than it was in April however, the virus has has caused our team to come together, with increased resilience, creativity and strength. This proves that when you combine a talented team, with great clients, even in the midst of a challenging pandemic anything is really possible.

We are aware that 2021 will still be a bit bumpy but all of us at Team Galvan are committed to the challenge and to helping you with all of your Real Estate, Rental and Property Management needs.

Also we want to thank you for the support you have given us for the last 7 years. We look forward to the next 7 with our arms and minds open wide.

We see 2021 as a year of possibilities!

Happy Holidays to each of you. Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Stay Safe!

Hello from Wisconsin USA. I hope things may open up so we can come down for a 10 day vacation in March of 2021. What are the possibilities? Are things open? Will we be able to vacation without masks? Are resorts open? These are the things we need answers for with your help. We are still looking for our retirement home Near Puerto Vallarta, Flamingos area or Just South with ocean front at a bargain price. Help if you can. Thanks as always. Be safe. We’ll be there soon with masks on. Quarantining in Lo de Marcos will be heaps better than in Michigan. Can’t wait to see you guys! Also, can’t wait to rub my toes in the sand, watch the sunsets and play Mexican Train!

    See you soon.
