Greetings Amigos from Paradise!
We cannot believe that it is already September and we will begin welcoming friends to Riviera Nayarit as soon as early as next month.
This month we would like to take everyone on a journey to the Pueblo of Los Ayala which is located about 10 Kilometers from Lo de Marcos and certainly worthy of a visit.
Los Ayala –
Discover Los Ayala, Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. A beautiful little town in the Pacific Coast of Mexico only 45 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Los Ayala is special for many reasons. Cooking with Armando
Don’t ask me why but last night I decided to break out of my comfort zone and try something new!
I cooked up a delicious Sausage and Potato skillet dish in no time. Being in Mexico, I substitute Chorizo for the smoked sausage and the result was the same … a delightful dish.
