I cannot believe that another year is about to come a close!
As I write this today, I am thinking ahead to 2025 and to what magic the team here at Galvan Real Estate and Services can create for the communities that we serve as well as for ourselves. There is so much to do and so little time to do it in. Stay tuned for the January Newsletter where we put those goals in writing. Galvan Tours is off and running.
We are super excited to be able to take our friends in Lo de Marcos and Jaltemba Bay on a 5 hour cruise aboard The Chica Locca 60 foot Trimaran.

A 5K Run in Lo de Marcos
We are pleased to announce that we a putting together and sponsoring a new event in Lo de Marcos, a 5 Kilometer Run!

Special Event of Note 
It’s not often that a Hardware Store Holds an Open House but the Ferreteria Lo de Marcos is different!
As the largest hardware store in the area offering a great selection, they are also able to accept your credit cards and issue facturas.
On December 4th, Wednesday you are invited to join in the festivities from 4-6 PM.
There will be Live Music, Snacks, Beer and Sodas, and a Raffle.
