In our Lo de Marcos office
We extend a warm welcome to Francisco Contreras as part of our Maintenance Team.
Francisco has over 30 years of experience in Architectural design and Construction as a welcome addition to the team.
With the promotion of Jazmin Valladares Castellon to the Property Management team we have hired Claudia Magaña Orozco to take over her position in the Housekeeping Department, joining Nancy Ovando.

El Vinatero update
Live Music Mondays will continue throughout the month of October from 6-8 pm with food service available.
On Saturday October 14th we will have SRA Norma serving up food the good old Tianguis way!
She will be serving your choice from 3 guisados, rice, beans and a glass of house wine for $230.00 pesos
We will have just one dinner seating this night at 4.30 and Reservations are recommended.
Scholarship Request
We have been approached by 2 residents of La Penita who want to attend the local English Language School – CIENI.
They are looking for funds to pay for the classes and Galvan would like to help.
Here is the breakdown per student for the cost of the English classes.
In Riviera Nayarit, with our focus on tourism, English is a must for these students to move forward in life with a well-paying job and a career.
We are asking for your financial cooperation to help us in making this dream a reality. We need $45,800.00 pesos in total and for every peso donated Galvan Real Estate and Services will match 50% up to $30,000.00 pesos in donations.

Has our Culture changed?
As we approach our 10 year anniversary, we decided to take a look at our original Social Responsibility Statement from when we created our first website and review it to make sure that core directorates had not changed and if so to assess those changes and redefine our Statement.
I am happy to note that the thoughts and principals that guided the company those many years ago are still in our hearts and minds in 2023!
