In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Galvan Real Estate and Services has elected to follow the sanitization guidelines and protocols established by the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals – VRHP and the Vacation Rental Management Association – VRMS.
We have taken the recommendations made by these two groups and augmented our cleaning programs to include a more rigorous sanitization and disinfection process.
Cleaning a Vacation rental is no small task, even without the pandemic. A maid is expected to take a property that in is disarray from departing guests and completely reset it.
At Galvan we understand that cleaning a property effectively requires specific training, appropriate supplies and a systematic process. 
During this time and for the foreseeable future we will no longer be accepting back to back rentals in any of our properties. We will allow at least 24 hour’s notice between guests to allow for a proper cleaning and disinfection process.
All of the properties that we manage will be clean and safe for arrival and ready for your next vacation.
Galvan has taken all of the addition precautions that we can and we look forward to your staying with us again next Season.
