Introducing the Intercam Dream Loan

Intercam Banco has been the go to Bank for Galvan since we opened and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The service has always been superb, the staff are all bilingual and the suite of services that they offer is broad and fit the needs of not only Galvan but many of our team members as well.

So, whenever someone asks us where they should open an account … Intercam is the first name on our list.
Last week, we had a meeting here in our office with the team from Intercam, to be introduced to a new product of theirs, the Intercam Dream Loan.

The loans are geared for either US or Canadian Citizens regardless of your residency status. You can be here as a permanent resident, a temporary residency or with a tourist permit.

As with any loan, they have some restrictions in place and just a few hoops to jump through but all in all my team was impressed.

Here are the basic loan characteristics –

**Currency – USD

**Minimum Property Value — $500,000.00 USD

**Loan to Value – up to 50% of the appraised value

**Loan length – 1 to 15 years

**Variable Interest Rate – 7.5% to 11%

**Accessibility – Intercam Mortgage office and Intercam Branches

**Fees – underwriting, origination and closing

**Benefits – No Prepayment penalty. Interest is calculated on the unpaid balance.
