My favorite Summer Rental getaway this year is Casa Jardin. Even though it has no pool it has a great location in one of the most peaceful areas in town and it’s just a short walk to the beach of Lo de Marcos.
This 2 bedroom / 2 bath home is well distributed so you can enjoy it together as a family of have an individual time to rest and relax… everyone will find the perfect spot here.
The beautiful garden will be the ideal scene for an evening gathering or to enjoy a morning coffee. Casa Zen in Lo de Marcos is a hidden jewel with a great rate for your summer vacay.

Our recommendation this year is Casa Zen!
Absolutely beautiful!! With a modern design Casa Zen is the best option to enjoy this summer.
It is equipped with A/C, large and modern kitchen, TV room, Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms with closet and a beautiful bathrooms.
The windows of the house give you a feeling of freedom and at the same time it is absolutely private, located in a very quiet area of the town, close to shops and a few blocks from the beach.
It has an excellent size pool for the whole family or friends. Ideal to spend your days on the fully equipped terrace with outside living room, dining room and grill.

For this summer vacation I will choose Casa Tesoro.
This house has 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people and is ideal for big families. A Mexican style home decoration, fully equipped for all your needs during your stay.
The beautiful backyard invites you to spend the afternoons at the pool. The best thing about this property is the location, right in downtown, just 3 blocks from the beach and close to all restaurants and stores.

For this year’s personal favorite summer vacation rental pick, I have chosen Casa Molendera. Casa Molendera is located in Rancho Escondido, a private community just next to Lo de Marcos Right on the hilltop. What amazes me is the view! It has one of the greatest views of Lo de Marcos as well as the beach. You can only imagine the sunsets from this home. What I most like about this property is the hacienda style it has! It gives you the perfect Mexico in the 1880s style, and with a grand kitchen and to top it off a nice vintage wooden table for all the family to enjoy a nice meal.
The house has 3 bedrooms that fit up to 6 people with ease. Also, with an incredible porch with a pool all facing the view of lo de Marcos! If I had to choose a vacation rental for me and my family to spend a nice weekend without a doubt I would choose Molendera!

I like Bungalows Joaquin. Each unit is perfect for up to four people. There is a little Kitchenette in each room and a nice size closet. The building has a shared pool and wifi.
The price cannot be beat at just $1500.00 pesos a night!

For this summer, or anytime really, my recommendation for vacations would definitely be Casa Elena!
Casa Elena is one of our most popular vacation rentals. It is located just a few meters from the beach! It has 3 rooms each with AC for the summer heat, and Wifi. Inside the house board games are provided, there is a very comfortable living room and best of all it has a private pool!

I don’t go away often enough but hands down, Hacienda Villa Bella is my go to Villa!
It is located in a private, pristine and stunningly beautiful Community near Platanitos and is called Punta el Custodio.
There are two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the main house and each of the separate detached Casitas sleep 2 people each.
When you go, take advantage of the Meal Plan. The cook, Chelo has the touch and her meals are the best!
