My recommendation this year is Casa Zen!
Absolutely beautiful!! With a modern design Casa Zen is the best option to enjoy this summer.
It is equipped with A/C, large and modern kitchen, TV room, Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms with closet and a beautiful bathrooms.
The windows of the house give you a feeling of freedom and at the same time it is absolutely private, located in a very quiet area of the town, close to shops and a few blocks from the beach.
It has an excellent size pool for the whole family or friends. Ideal to spend your days on the fully equipped terrace with outside living room, dining room and grill.

As a rental agent, for this summer, my recommendation for vacations would definitely be Casa Elena!
Casa Elena is one of our most popular vacation rentals. It is located just a few meters from the beach! It has 3 rooms each with AC for the summer heat, and Wifi. Inside the house board games are provided, there is a very comfortable living room and best of all it has a private pool!
Casa Elena is the perfect place to spend a pleasant weekend with family or friends.

My recommendation this year is for Casa Zapata, an older property that has just been totally remodeled and is spectacular, a house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Fully air conditioned for a restful family vacation. A property from which you can walk anywhere, such as the beach, the stores or the square of our beautiful Lo de Marcos.
Save your date as it will surely be a property that will be highly requested.

My recommendation this year is Casa Huichol.

I must confess this is one of our best properties listed as a vacation rental in the Lo de Marcos area.
The moment you cross the gate you will feel in a different place. Surrounded by a green natural wall you will find the lovely and huge garden full of tropical plants.
As you keep walking towards the house you will discover right behind the little palm tree’s bushes the great sized pool where you will cool down from the summer weather.
And finally the Mexican style house with awesome facilities that will make your stay memorable.

The one bedroom condo will sleep up to four guest and is mere steps from the pool and gated access to the wonderful Los Ayala beach.

I don’t go away often enough but hands down, Hacienda Villa Bella is my go to Villa!
It is located in a private, pristine and stunningly beautiful Community near Platanitos and is called Punta el Custodio.
There are two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the main house and each of the separate detached Casitas sleep 2 people each.
When you go, take advantage of the Meal Plan. The cook, Chelo has the touch and her meals are the best!
