May is what we refer to in the travel and tourism Industry as a Shoulder Month.
The term “shoulder month” is believed to have originated from the concept of the “shoulder” on a bell curve, which represents the period between the peak and off-peak seasons. During the peak season, travel and tourism are at their highest, while during the off-peak season, they are at their lowest.
While May and June are indeed Shoulder Months for incoming rental clients, clients looking to purchase Real Estate in Riviera Nayarit are plentiful. This is also the time of year that we do one of our major bi-annual property inspections to review what needs to be updated in our properties.
So for two months our priorities are focused in a different direction.
