As I sit here today writing and putting together this monthly Newsletter, I am reminded that I do live in one of the most beautiful places in the word.
It’s not just the ocean and foliage that are beautiful, so are the people and the culture.
I look forward to seeing you return to Paradise when the time is right.
El Vinatero News
El Vinatero, the Beer and Wine Bar in Lo de Marcos surprised us in December when they announced Special Meals on Saturdays. The meals are prepared by Chef Jennifer Wilson Scott and each weekly offering has been unique and excellent. Due to social distancing requirements, advance reservations are recommended.

Facebook Hack
On December 16th, our main Facebook Business Page for Galvan Real Estate and Services was breached by someone else and then all of our Administrators where stripped of access rights to our page. We were HACKED!
This has been reported repeatedly to Facebook with no replies on their part. As of today we still have not been able to re gain access to our page or the control of it.
If any of you have contacts at Facebook please share them with us or make a plea for assistance on our behalf.
I hope we are able to get the page back that it took 7 years to create and build.

Las Mananitas is a lovely villa on a private beach. It has a private sparkling blue pool and Jacuzzi.
The setting is gorgeous and only steps from the ocean!
Each of the two master bedrooms has a king-size bed, one with an additional chase that can be used for sleeping. The third, surfer bedroom, has a queen bed, with a single chaise also. This bedroom has an outside entrance. In total there are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

Over the past few months, I have taken more of an active interest in cooking and experimenting with new recipes. Here is one that has quickly become one of my go to recipes.
SLOW COOKER GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN AND POTATOES

I increase the garlic from 4 to 8 cloves and also increase the butter from 2 to 4 tablespoons.
