I have never been so happy to see a year whizzing by as 2020. This year has not been a good one for many and I will be glad to see it behind us.
As we operate under the New Normal, I am seeing some tremendous changes in the way our clients are renting and buying. This may change is time, but right now I am seeing the following trends.
For Vacation Rentals – Our clients are wanting to stay outside of the big cities such as Puerto Vallarta and Tepic. They are looking to explore other parts of the Puerto Vallarta area such as Mismalaya or in Riviera Nayarit the coastal beach towns from Nuevo Vallarta to Punta el Custodio and Playa los Tortugas. The trend is towards private accommodations and not shared spaces.
