Tropical Musings from Paradise March 2021 Edition

Hurray!  At long last the vaccines have rolled out in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit.

I have no idea of the continued plans but we have started and that is the important thing.

With the vaccines available on an International level and the hope to have all of the vaccines completed in the coming months, I hope that we see a return to leisure travel in the foreseeable future.

I recently had the opportunity to travel with my Social Bubble to Platanitos in Riviera Nayarit.

Cooking with Armando

This month, I decided to turn my back on my trusty Slow Cooker and turn the oven!

I found a Cheeseburger Meatloaf Recipe that I wanted to try.

20 minutes of preparation time and an hour and 15 minutes in the oven and the final meal was served with mashed potatoes.  It was a great meal.
