September is a busy month for us here in The Riviera Nayarit: with all the Students returning to school, we find ourselves in serious planning and action mode for the upcoming High Season.
We are readying our offices and completing planned upgrades and Fall Cleanings for all of our properties as we prepare for our busiest season of the year.

New Faces at the Galvan office!
At Galvan Real Estate we do several things to stay on top of the Industry. First is that we listen to the needs and comments from our clients and secondly, we strive to grow each year in able to service our rapidly growing customer base.

To accomplish this task, this September we are adding two new positions.
Ivan Cortes Medina, Maintenance Manager
– Ivan will ensure that our properties are maintained
in the best possible condition.
Carlos Michel, Concierge
– Carlos will interface with all incoming clients
to handle all of their pre arrival requests to make for a perfect stay.
Kinberly Gordian, Special Events Coordinator – Throwing Parties and Benefit events is a privilege for all of us and it’s also a lot of hard work. It’s one of the things that makes the Season special for all of us.
We wanted to do better so, we have hired Kinberly Gordian, who is not only tasked with the 4 events we have been producing and managing but also with the creation of 4 new events as well as monthly food and wine paring events.
In keeping with our Mission Statement, all three new team members are residents of the Pueblo Lo de Marcos!
