Already this month we have installed a new front door and Air Conditioning is on the horizon in the very near future.

The month of May for us at Galvan Real Estate is the month to get busy with our planning and preparations for the next High Season.

We visit each property that we represent to complete inventories and maintenance and potential upgrades.

Some people call it Low Season however at Galvan it’s anything but. We are just as busy the exceptions being that there a far fewer clients and the almost unbearable heat and humidity.
