In closing, I want to go on record as saying 10 years ago I was educating my clients on the profound growth that I saw would come to Lo de Marcos. It was hard for many people to imagine at that time! This has happened and now Lo de Marcos is a much sought after Pueblo on the coast in Riviera Nayarit and the home prices here have soared.
Gazing into my crystal ball, I see that the next “IT” location in Riviera Nayarit will be the Matanchen Bay area. Right now the area is loaded with opportunities including beachfront homes at reasonable prices and incredible view lots.
