My favorite Summer Rental getaway this year is Hacienda Ixchel. This awesome property will give you an unforgetable stay to remember, the main house has three complete bedrooms and will sleep up to 6 guests with ease and 2 and a half bathrooms. The great room is the focal and gathering point of the Villa and it encompasses a large Gourmet Kitchen with a walk in pantry, a dining table for 8 and the Living area. There are two patios just off the great room so you can enjoy the sunrise patio for morning coffee and the garden patio for afternoon cocktails. It has 2 sepparate studios with all the facilities included that will give you the chance to sleep in total 10 people and everybody will have it’s own piece of paradise and privacy.
You gotta love Hacienda Ixchel.

Im always going to be partial to Casa Guadalupe, its a beautiful home, always cool with a nice breeze. Heated pool, ocean views throughout, 7 minute walk to Matanchen beach and 3 minutes to the andador of Aticama.

For this summer my option is Casa Pajaritos
It is a cozy and lovely casita up on the hill, with the most amazing view of Lo de Marcos and the beach, casa pajaritos is the perfect getaway!
Totally equipped kitchen, ac on the bedrooms, living area and very nice outside space with garden and a dipping pool.
Only a few steps from the beach and close to downtown.

For this year’s summer recommendation would definitely have to be Casa Elena!
Casa Elena is perfect for a group of 8 people with spacious rooms all with a full bath which is great for each family to have their own privacy. The house has everything you will need for a great vacation from board games, wifi and a big pool for the whole family with the beach being just a few feet away.
The newest addition to the home, a terrace on the third floor for a Sunday cookout is the cherry on top for this property. My family has stayed there 2 times now and they are always amazed at how much they enjoy staying there.
If you and your family are planning to visit Lo de Marcos, please consider Casa Elena. You won’t regret it!

Absolutely beautiful!! With a modern design Casa Zen is the best option to enjoy this summer.
It is equipped with A/C, large and modern kitchen, TV room, Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms with closet and a beautiful bathrooms.
The windows of the house give you a feeling of freedom and at the same time it is absolutely private, located in a very quiet area of the town, close to shops and a few blocks from the beach.

My recommendation this year is for Casa Luna de Miel, an older property that has just been totally remodeled and is spectacular, a house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Fully air conditioned for a restful family vacation. A property from which you can walk anywhere, such as the beach, the stores or the square of our beautiful Lo de Marcos.

I like Bungalows Joaquin. Each unit is perfect for up to four people. There is a little Kitchenette in each room and a nice size closet. The building has a shared pool and wifi.
The price cannot be beat at just $1,500.00 pesos a night!

This charming rental property is located on Callejon Emiliano Zapata and is the home to three charming Studios named Sol, Luna and Estrella. The rates are excellent and each unit will sleep up to 4 guests.

With its prime location on Calle Tules, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Holiday Rental is just a 3 minute walk to the beach.
Each of the two bedrooms as well as the Living room are equipped with Air Conditioning.
The house will sleep up to 6 guests and is priced right for every budget.
The house is quiet and private with a large yard.

I don’t go away often enough but hands down, Hacienda Villa Bella is my go to Villa!
It is located in a private, pristine and stunningly beautiful Community near Platanitos and is called Punta el Custodio.
There are two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the main house and each of the separate detached Casitas sleep 2 people each.
When you go, take advantage of the Meal Plan. The cook, Chelo has the touch and her meals are the best!
