My favorite Summer Rental getaway this year is Hacienda Ixchel. This awesome property will give you an unforgettable stay to remember, the main house has three complete bedrooms and will sleep up to 6 guests with ease and 2 and a half bathrooms. The great room is the focal and gathering point of the Villa and it encompasses a large Gourmet Kitchen with a walk in pantry, a dining table for 8 and the Living area. There are two patios just off the great room so you can enjoy the sunrise patio for morning coffee and the garden patio for afternoon cocktails. It has 2 separate studios with all the facilities included that will give you the chance to sleep in total 10 people and everybody will have its own piece of paradise and privacy.

I’m always going to be partial to Casa Guadalupe, it’s a beautiful home, always cool with a nice breeze. Heated pool, ocean views throughout, 7 minute walk to Matanchen beach and 3 minutes to the andador of Aticama.

This year my recommendation will be Villa Miramar
One of the most beautiful houses in Lo de Marcos, it is only 2 blocks away from the beach.
This house will make you have an unforgettable summer, it has 4 spacious bedrooms with all the amenities and is fully furnished and equipped with a very good taste.
The best part of this house is the outside terrace, the beautiful garden and enormous pool.
Villa Miramar will definitely make you want to come back.

For this year’s summer recommendation would definitely have to be Casa Elena!
Casa Elena is perfect for a group of 8 people with spacious rooms all with a full bath which is great for each family to have their own privacy. The house has everything you will need for a great vacation from board games, wifi and a big pool for the whole family with the beach being just a few feet away.
The newest addition to the home, a terrace on the third floor for a Sunday cookout is the cherry on top for this property. My family has stayed there 2 times now and they are always amazed at how much they enjoy staying there.
If you and your family are planning to visit Lo de Marcos, please consider Casa Elena. You won’t regret it!

Absolutely beautiful!! With a modern design Casa Zen is the best option to enjoy this summer.
It is equipped with A/C, large and modern kitchen, TV room, Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms with closet and a beautiful bathrooms.
The windows of the house give you a feeling of freedom and at the same time it is absolutely private, located in a very quiet area of the town, close to shops and a few blocks from the beach.

I don’t go away often enough but hands down, Hacienda Villa Bella is my go to Villa!
It is located in a private, pristine and stunningly beautiful Community near Platanitos and is called Punta el Custodio.
There are two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the main house and each of the separate detached Casitas sleep 2 people each.
When you go, take advantage of the Meal Plan. The cook, Chelo has the touch and her meals are the best!
