It nice to welcome a new Season!
Welcome to the April edition of the Galvan Real Estate and Services Newsletter. This month, as with every month, we are thankful to live in Paradise and enjoy the warmth, the sun, the local culture and the many celebrations and summer parties.
Already, we have already seen the majority of our visitors from Canada and The United States return home and now it’s time to prepare for the Semana Santa Festivities and our own Lo de Marcos Days which take place April 17th to the 25th.
At Galvan Real Estate and Services we have a lot to be thankful for given that this past season has seen great growth and wonderful opportunities for us and without our supportive clients, social network and amazing friends this could not have happened.

It’s time to get ready for Summer in the Tropics.
People ask, “How do you survive the summer in Mexico?” and I tell them “That is what God invented the beach for!”
The beaches of Riviera Nayarit are award winning for their beauty, cleanliness, safety and views. The beaches are wide and flat making them very walk-able. Local anglers take advantage of the many catches while Kite surfers and paddle boarders skim the surface.
No matter how warm the water gets, it is always cooler than the surrounding air and there is no humidity under water!
Even with the humidity, if you have a pool then all things are possible.

Central FerreMateriales is a large hardware store with an impressive selection of building materials and tools.
With it convenient location at the crucero on Highway 200 near the Kiosko and Comex, if this store doesn’t have what you need in stock, they can order it and have it delivered within 2 days.
The store’s Manager Saud Palomera is always willing to help and to share a smile.
Some of the store enhancements that are In process are a key cutting machine with trained key cutting personnel and a selection of small kitchen appliances.
