Tropical Musings from Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit September 2023 edition
The month of September is another busy one for us here in the Galvan Offices.
It is the pre-arrival of High Season 2023/2024 and the time for each of us us to make our to do lists for what we need to accomplish before the season begins.
Mine looks something like this –
**Get 6 new Properties For Sale
**Hire an additional Rental Agent
**Finalize and update Property Management client arrival checklist.
**Finalize the 2023/2024 musician schedule for El Vinatero who will have live music Tuesday and Thursday each week during the season
**Plan a Fam Trip with Galvans Directors to see our Aticama office and have a property tour of listings for sale and properties for rent
**Celebrate my 8th Wedding Anniversary
Im sure it will grow from here but you get the gist of how I spend my time.
The Giving Tree
Each Season Galvan produces several Benefit events in Lo de Marcos which are the Taste of Lo de Marcos, The Fashion Show and The Chili Cookoff.
The Beneficiary of the 2022 Chili Cookoff was The Centro Medico Riviera, the medical clinic in town.
We met with Dr. Osman to determine his needs for the clinic and with the support of our extended Lo de Marcos Community we reached our goal and were able to make the purchase of a Clarus Portable Sonigram machine C3HD3 (model).
This is quite an accomplishment for a town our size to be equipped with one of these!

Amigos de Animales Lo de Marcos is a new group in town whose mission is. . .
We are dedicated to helping the animals of Lo de Marcos, Nayarit, Mexico. Facilitating education, sterilization, vaccinations, fostering, and adoptions.
It’s no secret that our town seems to be a drop off spot in the area and it is time for our town’s residents to be more proactive with this problem.
